Description: Bike around the two of the Fuji Five Lakes that offer the best views of Mount Fuji and the picturesque landscapes in its foothills. Our support car brings you to a high-elevation lake where you'll bike on dedicated cycling paths and boardwalks from which swans can be seen floating close to shore. Conditions on the lake frequently create the opportunity to see Mt Fuji towering over its reflection in the water, forming an exceptionally photogenic "double Fuji" image.

Next, you'll bike downhill to a second lake with quiet country roads leading to vista points relatively few tourists see. Stops include an atmospheric shrine dedicated to Mt Fuji, where our guides will demonstrate basic Shinto rituals and you can follow along if you wish. You'll also visit a lakeside flower park where the iconic mountain can be seen with colorful blooms in the foreground.

The cycling route offers outstanding seasonal attractions, including cherry and plum blossoms in spring, colorful maple and ginko leaves in fall and downy swan chicks swimming with their parents in early summer.
