Description: Explore lush woodlands and discover magnificent views of Mt Fuji while helping restore the environment in the Aokigahara "Sea of Trees" Forest. Local guides experienced in nature conservation lead you in a half hour of litter pick up where the ecosystem is most severely marred. Then we'll hike on paths that wind through enchanting oak and evergreen groves and across emerald moss-covered lava beds in Japan's most famous forest.

After the hike, the tour wraps up with a stop by the shores of a crystal-clear lake where Mt Fuji can often be seen towering above its reflection on the water, forming an exceptionally photogenic "double Fuji" image.
