Description: Our guides lead you in a hike to the summit of Mt Fuji on the easiest, shortest route. On the way up, you'll enjoy majestic views of countryside, coast and the mountain's dramatic landscape of red and black volcanic rock.

At the summit, you'll gaze into the enormous crater at the heart of Japan's highest peak. Then you'll descend the mountain on a little-known trail where you can take a long, exhilarating run down a slope of sand. The sand run is the fastest and most fun way to return from the summit, and it cuts the descent time in half.
