Fuji Bike Tour offers flexible cancellation policies and follows practices that exceed government standards for cleanliness, disinfection and prevention of COVID transmission. Here are some of the steps we're taking to ensure the health and safety of our guests and employees:We only offer private tours. No other guests will join your tour.
Bike helmets, hiking backpacks and frequently-touched surfaces of our bikes and support car are thoroughly disinfected before each tour.
We primarily conduct our tours outdoors in uncrowded rural settings conducive to social distancing.
Our support car always carries hand-sanitizing wet wipes and gel. Our guides use them, and our guests are welcome to do so as well.
We provide a secure online payment webpage where you can cover all deposits and tour fees in advance by credit or debit card so the payment process is contactless.
