Description: Bike around the two of the Fuji Five Lakes that offer the best views of Mount Fuji and the picturesque landscapes in its foothills. Conditions on the lakes frequently create the opportunity to see Mt Fuji towering over its reflection in the water, forming an exceptionally photogenic "double Fuji" image.

First, you'll bike around a lake where quiet country roads lead to vista points relatively few tourists see. Stops include a beach with crystal-clear water and a view of Mt Fuji rising up over evergreen forests.

During your ride around the second lake, you'll cross a bridge with panoramic views and visit a park where Mt Fuji can often be seen with colorful flowers in the foreground.

The cycling route offers outstanding seasonal attractions, including cherry and plum blossoms in spring and colorful maple and ginko leaves in fall.
